Very good. Extremely nice waitress and staff

Great food, great service. Had the JL Burger (daily special), it was really good. They even allowed for a substitution. Will go back to try other menu items. Waitress was attentive and friendly.

This was our 2nd visit. We love the down home feel. Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent portions for the price, which is very reasonable - especially for our family of 6.

BEST place to watch the Redskins games. The food is 'eh' I usually order the Chef Salad. Staff is great.

Local REDSKINS bar! We try to come here every game! Lots of TVs all showing the Skins game.... victory HTTR song played after TDs. HH specials during the games too! Good times!!

Meal was ok.

Perfect. Could not have been any better.1/2 baked chicken, collards and Lima. Service was great too. I will be back .Probably for lunch tomarrow.

Chelsea Jo's Restaurant. It is a local place that has a casual air. The food is very good. Their ribs are delicious.

Food was great, Ginger was a great server. Bingo was happening and it looked like it was fun.

The fried chickens and greens were absolutely amazing. The service was great considering we were with a very large group. The staff did a wonderful job accommodating all of us and I was never without an empty beverage.

Very Good. Got a Club sandwich as always, tomatoes tasted like they were fresh out of a garden. Mine was To Go. It was ready when I got there. They have great Sweet TeaToo!

Go on monday nites for supper and bingo . I try something different each time. NEVER good . French fries mozzarella sticks cold. Hot dog cold chilli cold. I dont understand ..Side salad but no salad for taco salad which is the only thing i can eat there. 1 refill on drinksHow it has 5 stars is beyond me. I think our time has come to an end.

Love eating here. Home cooked meals with great sides. Love the fried chicken dinner. $8.95 when it's on special. 4 pieces with 2 sides. I can't cook chicken to taste this good, nor can I beat the cost.

Service was great but the food was overcooked.I've eaten there before and loved it so it could have been a one off.

Finally went back after it changed hands again. The food hasn't changed! The fried chicken was as great as always but the liver was terrible. It was significantly overcooked and looked black. Told the waitress about it and all she said was that she would tell the cook. No offer to replace it nor to take it off the bill. Meanwhile my wife had nothing to eat other than lumpy mashed potatoes and cold string beans. Will be a long time before we go back again!

I don't think the restaurant that is located in the building goes by Chelsea Jo's anymore, but they still serve the same great food, have the same great waitstaff and fun atmosphere. The first time there I chose the pot-roast sandwich and it was one of the best things I have ever eaten! Always a favorite!

Owners with fancy Audi shouldnt cut customers off in traffic, especially a block away from your restaurant. You are no more important than anyone else and it shows how you treat people. Guess who won't be back.

Let me start by saying I loved it. When my family and I walked in, I was blown away by how immediately I felt at home. Almost every staff member greeted me as we made our way through the restaurant to our table. We were served drinks and had our orders taken within seconds of sitting down. The server made great conversation, and stayed relatively up to date on keeping our drinks refilled and making sure we had everything we needed. The sweet little buss boy was my favorite, and I wish I would've caught his name. He came up after our meal and said that he hated to bother us, but wanted to know if he could get anything off of our table. Most polite young man I've ever met. It's a very family-like establishment and the servers carry on hilarious conversations. Very good home cooked food, and GREAT atmosphere!!!

Hubby and I looking for a place to eat dinner.Stumbled upon this place..we've passed several times but never had a chance to stop in.Glad we did!..I had fried Chicken, hubby had steak( he cleaned his plate).So much food, I brought home leftovers enough for another meal.Everything was excellent, we enjoyed the meal and everyone was friendly.Great service 👍We'll be back, felt very comfortable hanging out , enjoyed a meal and a cocktail ✌️

Gotta love a Redskins bar in South Carolina ! Feel like I’m at home! I remember Chelsea Joes back in manassss and glad to see they’ve expanded here!

Long standing family owned business was sold and name changed to J. Leonard's. Bumps in the road in the beginning, but good homestyle cooking. Great fried Chicken and Sunday's during football the whole place becomes a Redskins Rally Point for the away games!
